SE9020  Standalone Linear Lithium Battery Charger
SE9020 is a complete Limit-current & constant voltage charger for single cell Lithium-ion and Lithium-Polymer batteries. Its SOT-23-6L package and low external component count make SE9020 ideally suited for portable applications. Furthermore, the SE9020 is specifically designed to work within Universal Travel Charger.
SE9020 has a built-in detector that will automatically detect the polarity of the inserted battery and charge the battery at the correct the polarity. The charge voltage is fixed at 4.2V. The SE9020 automatically terminates the charge cycle when the charge current drops to 14mA after the final float voltage is reached.?
When the input supply is removed, the SE9020 automatically enters a low current stage, dropping the battery drain current to less than 7mA.? The SE9020 can be put into shutdown mode, reducing the supply current to 30uA.
SE9020 supports two LED drivers that give the customers the option to select which method fit best in their respective applications. One LED driver is internally set to indicate the power on/off of the IC. Another LED driver can either drive a standard LED or 7-color LED IC, which will be explained in detail in the application notes.?
SE1052  CONSTANT VOLTAGE AND CONSTANT CURRENT CONTROLLER
SE1052 is a highly integrated solution for SMPS applications requiring CV (constant voltage) and CC (constant current) modes.
SE1052 integrates one voltage reference, three operational amplifiers (the outputs are OR’ed together, common collectors), and a current sensing circuit.
The voltage reference, together with one operational amplifier, makes it an ideal voltage controller.? The other low voltage reference, together with another operational amplifier, makes it an ideal current limiter for low side output current sensing. The current threshold is fixed, and precise. The third operational amplifier control the Green LED and the Red LED.
The SE1052, housed in space-saving SOP8 package, is ideal for space sensitive applications such as adapters, cellphone chargers, Digital Camera chargers, and other battery chargers.
SE9017  Standalone Linear Lithium Battery Charger(Advanced SE9016)
SE9017 is a complete constant-current & constant voltage linear charger for single cell lithium-ion and Lithium-Polymer batteries.? Its SOT-23 package and low external component count make SE9017 ideally suited for portable applications.? Furthermore, the SE9017 is specifically designed to work within USB power specification.? At the same time, SE9017 can also be used in the standalone lithium-ion and Lithium-polymer battery chargers.
No external sense resistor is needed, and no blocking diode is required due to the internal MOSFET architecture.? Thermal feedback regulates the charge current to limit the die temperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature.? The charge voltage is fixed at 4.2V, and the charge current can be programmed externally with a single resistor.? The SE9017 automatically terminates the charge cycle when the charge current drops to 1/10th the programmed value after the final float voltage is reached.

SE9174C  2A Sink/Source Bus Termination Regulator
The SE9174C is a simple, cost-effective and high-speed linear regulator designed to generate termination voltage in double data rate (DDR) memory system to comply with the JEDEC SSTL_2 and SSTL_18 or other specific interfaces such as HSTL, SCSI-2 and SCSI-3 etc. devices requirements. The regulator is capable of actively sinking or sourcing up to 2A while regulating an output voltage to within 40mV. The output termination voltage cab be tightly regulated to track 1/2VDDQ by two external voltage divider resistors or the desired output voltage can be pro-grammed by externally forcing the REFEN pin voltage.
The SE9174C also incorporates a high-speed differential amplifier to provide ultra-fast response in line/load transient. Other features include extremely low initial offset voltage, excellent load regulation, current limiting in bi-directions and on-chip thermal shut-down protection.
The SE9174C are available in the PSOP-8 (Exposed Pad) surface mount packages.

SE9135  350mA Advanced Current Regulator
The SE9135 is a low dropout current regulator rated for 350mA constant sink current. The constant sink current will? ensure that the same amount of power is applied to the power LED and consequently maintain the uniform brightness throughout the possible voltage variations from the power source. The IC also features low quiescent current and is typically at 212uA. This will minimize the power consumption from the IC itself.?

SE3362  4-Channel Regulated Charge Pump White LED Driver
The SE3362 is a charge pump operating in either 1x mode or 2x fractional mode regulating current through each of the 4 LED pins. Operation at a fixed high frequency of 1MHz typical allows the use of very small value ceramic capacitors.
    The SE3362 drives white light-emitting diodes (LED) connected in parallel and provides tightly matched regulated current to achieve uniformity of brightness in LCD backlighting applications. An external resistor RSET controls the output current level. LED currents of up to 30mA are supported over a range of input supply voltages from 2.85V to 5.5V, making the device ideal for battery-powered applications.
    LED dimming can be accomplished by several methods including using a resistor Rset (the exact formula will  be provided in the Application Section) to set the RSET pin current, applying a PWM signal on the Control signals, or adding a switched resistor in parallel with Rset. The Enable input pin allows the device to be placed in power-down mode with close to "zero" quiescent current. The SE3362 features short circuit and Over Temperature Protection (OTP). The device is available in a 16- lead thin QFN package with a max height of 0.8mm.
